1. Purpose and scope
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter « Terms and Conditions » or « Sale terms ») apply to all sales of products concluded between the Neura association (hereinafter « the Seller ») and any non-commercial natural person making a purchase on the website www.neura.maudlinmandrake.fr (hereinafter « the Buyer »).
The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. These Terms and Conditions prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Neura.
Neura reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.

Variations in color may exist depending on the screen used.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limit of available stocks. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, Neura will inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible and offer a credit note or a full refund.
